L897 Crystal 18th century Italian pom pomOne of a kind brechites australis (Australian Watering Pot found on the Great Barrier Reef) with a natural forming mineral deposit and fossil shells on a carved wood 18th century Italian candlestick base. The mecca shells coordinate with the paint on the candlestick base. The two pieces are married to look like they evolved together over time. Bought from a collector in Queensland, this specimen of sea life is rare as they now grow extinct. 7" high x
