Rolet Crémant du Jura Rosé NV (750ml) North Carolina Volnay Clos des ChênesA blend of 45% Trousseau, 29% Poulsard, and 26% Savagnin. Grown on 30+ year old vines on gray marl at a 280 to 380m altitude. Fermented and aged in tank with Indiginous yeast using the saigne method. Creamy pink orange hue, with red currant, pommegranate, brisk cherry, streaming down to a salted, snappy finish.
