1827 HANNAH MORE. Beautiful Signed Broadside Hymn - Poem on Love of God. Reformer including: runaway slavesAn absolutely charming, attractively printed broadside of an original poem hymn by the noted abolitionist, and friend of William Wilberforce, Hannah More. Printed on pink paper and hand signed "Hannah More, Barley Wood, 1827." Very slight ripple on the left hand margin. We trace but two other examples, both signed from Barley Wood, so perhaps printed privately by More to distribute to visiting guests.
