In lieu of this every day, maybe try some other things: TREAT YO SELF: Consider putting the money you would have spent on cigarettes in a savings account, and after a certain amount of time (3 months, 6 months, etc), use that money to take your family on a vacation or buy something youve really wanted but couldnt afford otherwise
