Domaine Maubernard Bandol Rouge 2019 (750ml) Rosado The palate is just asFull bodied, bold, spicy red; dark fruit flavours and excellent structure with fine tannins. Maubernard's Bandol is very reasonably priced for such a complex, potentially long lived wine. Predominantly Mourvdre, with 10% Grenache from Bandol, Provence's best red wine appellation. Good to drink on release but can age and improve for 10 years. Try it with big scale roasts venison or wild duck or with mushroom, lentil, and wild rice timbales.
