Crafted by rising star Valentin Desloges (trained under Coche Dury in Burgundy), this wine comes from 50+ year old Pineau d'Aunis vines planted in clay sand soils over ancient Turonian limestone on the Cher River's right bank. Limited to just 1,800 bottles, this cuve has already gained cult status at
