This seasons oil has fresh herb, green floral aromas with warm spicy notes. The aroma is very well balanced. The aroma transfers well to the palate with a good level of ripe olive fruitiness and complexity, with flavours of salad leaves & rocket. It is smooth, almost creamy, with a black peppery pungency and a lingering and moreish finish.
