Vinca Minor - Carignan 2021 (750ml) Madiran crowned by a 2/3-acre plotOld vine and dry farmed from Hawkeye ranch. Harvested in early September. Grapes were fermented with 25% whole clusters and the juice was gently pumped over daily for a light extraction. Wine was then aged in older french oak for 9 months. Salted plum, red fruit and fennel.
