I found a sketch of it within the permanent collection of the Hunt Museum in Ireland and there is also a similar gown held in the collection of the Irish Linen Centre & Lisburn Museum

romantic shoulders sweep up and over with a slight drape at the beck and the stunning back skirt detail of chiffon sweeps just past the hemline

The raw edges on many of the finishing seams is deliberate

The skirt actually has a light muslin sleeveless top attached to it so that it sits on the body and falls perfectly under the jacket

The top is cut loose with pretty little sleeves that are puffed and set high
