Constructed from an almost weightless silk chiffon, the entire dress floats and moves with the barest of movement on your part. The edges are finished with the tiniest of stitches and help give a subtle waving effect to them that makes it sit and move even better. The panels are all pieced and hand placed to create a tubular feel and then seaming allows the skirt to widen out and
