The neckline is very avant garde and it took me a few tries to sort it out but I think it works best ties as shown - the attached ties are quite long so you could style it several ways

The entire top portion of the dress is cut on an exaggerated line with huge billowing sleeves set in at the waist line and a squared off neckline

The dress closes with a back metal zipper and the shell also closes with a metal zipper

The dress is fully lined in a high grade black tissue silk except for the sleeves which are unlined

Its an interesting little detail that gives it a flirty sassy feel
