Rare 1965 Courreges for Samuel Robert Special Collaboration Muted Metallic Gold Jacket Coat Day Full Length In the center of eachThis coat represents an unusual little piece of fashion history. In 1965 Andre Courreges designed a line of pieces for Samuel Robert. For whatever reason this collaboration only lasted that one single year which makes pieces from it extremely rare. When researching this we found a picture of Jean Shrimpton wearing a suit with a similar front double button cut that was also made for this line. I love finding these unusual little pieces of history and
