It is a great combination of luxe silk chiffon paired with a bit of glitz. The bodice is cut in a simple scooped halter with tiny, feminine straps. The entire bodice is covered with glossy black sequins so it glints and flashes in the light! The skirt of very full and I have put a light crinoline under it so you can see how full it will go (extra crinoline not included). Without the crinoline it
