Bill Phil Batch 8 scotch The ABV of 52% retainsBill Phil is named after the founders great grandfather William Philip OConnell, a blacksmith from County Limerick. He was renowned for his hand crafted turf cutter known eponymously as the Bill Phil Slen (pronounced shlawn). This whiskey is a throwback to traditional Irish whiskey from the days before coal came to Ireland. Its sweet & smoky, with rich biscuit malt and citrus fruit flavors. Luxurious. 47. 5% 70cl
