Domaine Billon Côte-Rôtie ‘La Vialliere’ Louis Roederer On tasting there is aIt opens with aromas of blackberry, black cherry, and blueberry, intertwined with classic CteRtie notes of violet, smoked meat, and cracked black pepper. On the palate, it is medium to fullbodied, structured, and intensely mineral, showing flavors of dark berry fruit, plum skin, and savory spice, supported by firm, refined tannins and vibrant acidity. The schistrich soils of La Viallire contribute a distinctive graphite, iron, and smoky mineral edge.
