The other two sources arent on the hill; one is a parcel of 15 to 20 year old vines on flinty clay soils, and another on limestone marl in Les Coques. These sites produce the most direct, accessible expression of Pouilly Fum. Under Louis Benjamin's guidance, its quality has improved dramatically, now rivalling his other wines.
