Ghostrock Single Vineyard Bonadale Pinot Noir Champagne Taittinger This wine is bold inIntensely concentrated nose, juicy blood plum, raspberry cane, dried rose, muddled strawberry, and a slight creamy lees character. Softly textured palate with generous mouthfeel and a creamy texture. Planted in 2010, the Bonadale Vineyard is our highest and most sun exposed site. Despite its sun exposure, the ripening season in this vineyard is elongated due to the consistent presence of cooling ocean breezes. Broadly speaking, this manifests fruit of
