Following sustainable viticulture practices, they primarily grow Chardonnay and Savagnin grapes for their white wines, but also cultivate some red varietals. These vineyards benefit from the sunshine and the unique white marl soil composition of the upper Lias slopes, which are particularly well suited for growing
