Auchroisk 13 Years Old 2012 infrequent Flyers Girvan Distillery a prized Japanese wood sourcedThis single malt was distilled in 2012 at the Auchroisk Distillery, renowned for its light, nutty Speyside character. Matured for 13 years, it was drawn from a single Pedro Ximnez sherry hogshead, where it spent the final 2 years and 6 months of its maturation, developing rich layers of sweetness and complexity. It was bottled at natural cask strength, without chill filtration or artificial colouring by Alistair Walker.
