The panels are die cut on our 60 ton presses and have all the correct holes and apertures for the perfect fit. As can be seen the design of the weld lines looks very effective. The carpet kick panels are firstly sewn to a vinyl surround, which in turn are welded to the face panel on our High Frequency welding machine.
