A Large Mid 20thC Upper Section of a Cow's Skull sub-Furniture- Boxes & Luggage Designs for panels were atOrigin: British Period: Mid 20thC Provenance: Unknown Date: c. 1930 60 Height: 6. 5 Width: 9 Length: 19 (all at extremities) The large cranium skull of a bovine cow (Bos taurus) having deep eye sockets and nasal cavities, and with some teeth remaining, surviving from the middle of the twentieth century. The condition of the whole is good with a well aged patination and ivory hue making the skull very tactile. There are a couple of areas of loss,
