Curious 'Dirt Turf' Peated Blended Malt 46% 70cl chablis fish and chipsMade unique by the exclusively Irish grain, water and peat (or turf) used in its production, this peated single malt tastes of where its from. The Irish barely was malted on site before a double distillation, untypical of Irish whiskey, the liquid then matured in a French oak ex cherry liqueur cask before being outturned to produce just 310 bottles. A special release by Blackwater distillery. Notes of cherry and oak.
